Our Blue Crew program is for independent sales professionals who also want to find and refer prospective customers for lab-grown diamonds, both online and through custom programs. We focus on customers seeking loose diamonds, usually for engagement ring upgrades or private collections. We do not sell finished jewelry. You’ll focus on generating website sales, while our Entrepreneur Track is ideal for contractors with high-value contacts or creative strategies.

In addition to a brief interview for overall fit, we ordinarily require that you are currently engaged in independent sales, affiliate marketing, or commission-based social media promotion. You do not need diamond experience, but you need demonstrable independent sales activity elsewhere. That may include real estate, direct sales, affiliate marketing, or another commission-based sales business. For active U.S. military service members, those within two years of separation, and military spouses, work experience requirements are waived. We’re a Military OneSource (SpouseWorks) Military Spouse Employer Partnership (MSEP) Small Business partner; we’re also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
