Our Blue Crew program is for lab-grown diamond sales. We offer several distinct tracks: experienced jewelry sales professionals with two or more years of verifiable history; social media influencers with 200,000+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or X; a track for motivated entrepreneurs who want to build their own sales pipelines; and a dedicated track for the military. Sales professionals and social media influencers focus on website referrals, while our Entrepreneur Track is ideal for contractors with high-value contacts or creative sales strategies.

Our Military Waiver Track bypasses traditional experience and social-media requirements. We respectfully invite members of the United States Armed Forces and their spouses to apply, whether active duty or within two years of separation, even if living outside the United States. Like all other tracks, admission under the Military Waiver Track is based on an interview and overall fit.

On the other hand, our Gold Crew program is all about secondhand jewelry acquisition. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in upscale personal services, high-end hospitality, or luxury fashion/decor.
