We’re a U.S. Navy veteran–owned, family business based in Henderson, Nevada, specializing in loose diamonds and custom gold bullion. Our business is primarily built around our online subscription services, mail-order lab-grown diamonds, and special orders. We prefer working with independent contractors for certain sales roles because it creates more opportunity and flexibility for dedicated, high-caliber performers.

We prioritize Las Vegas and Henderson locals, military families everywhere, and experienced independent contractors who share our vision for excellence in luxury assets. You’ll be interfacing directly with us, not some annoying chain of command. You work when you want, from where you want, and you earn only when your efforts produce results. There are no schedules, quotas, offices to report to, or commission caps. If you’re the type who thrives on independence and isn’t looking for hand-holding, this could be a compelling opportunity for you.

Our Blue Crew program is for independent contractors who facilitate lab-grown diamond sales, both online and through custom programs. We focus on customers seeking engagement ring upgrades, private collections, and significant purchases rather than traditional finished-jewelry retail. We seek experienced jewelry sales professionals with two or more years of verifiable history, social media influencers with 200,000+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or X, and motivated entrepreneurs who want to build their own sales pipelines. Sales professionals and social media influencers focus on website referrals, while our Entrepreneur Track is ideal for contractors with high-value contacts or creative sales strategies.

On the other hand, our Gold Crew program is all about gold bullion. Our ideal candidate has several years of experience in upscale personal services, high-end hospitality, or luxury fashion/decor. We waive traditional experience requirements for residents of Las Vegas and Henderson, as well as members of the United States Armed Forces and their spouses. Whether you’re a local resident, active-duty military, or separated within the last two years, we respectfully invite you to apply.
